When we change how we think… we change our feelings and emotions, therefore, when we think on truth from the Word about ourselves, we can change our feelings, but, this is not a magic bullet, this will take some time. When we change our thoughts we can change our feelings.

Christian Depression Feelings Can ChangeOnline definition of feelings: Physical sensation not connected with sight, hearing, taste, or smell, an emotional state or reaction, a belief, especially a vague or irrational one.

Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the proving of things not seen. Heb 11:1

Our thoughts can change our feelings over time, how can changing our thoughts affect our feelings, thoughts can affect our Emotions and Feelings, because we think what we feel !!!

Faith, which God’s word speaks so much, stands in opposition to feelings, let faith always speak against feelings, we have to have Faith before the feelings will change.

When we change how we think… we change our feelings and emotions.
therefore, when we think on truth from the Word about ourselves, we can change our feelings, but, this is not a magic bullet, this will take some time. When we change our thoughts we can change our feelings.

As we change our thoughts about ourselves from the Word, we begin to renew our minds Romans 12:2

It is impossible to please God without faith Heb 11:6
The just shall live by Faith Rom 1:17– Gal 3:11–Heb 10:38

The thoughts in our heads seems like our thoughts, but, oftentimes they are inspired by the oppressors, critical to know what the inspiration is !!!

We have to acknowledge that the way of faith, without feeling, was and is the way of the Word of God. There is no greater hindrance than our feelings, our thoughts, that we must experience something, must feel and perceive something in yourselves. Feelings of fogginess, stomach twisting, hopelessness, etc. are from oppressors.

Speaking the Word we become who God says we are, we can have what God says we can have we can do what God says we can do, and feelings will change when we exercise faith.

Smith Wigglesworth, once said, “I can’t understand God by feelings. I can’t understand the Lord Jesus Christ by feelings. I can only understand God the Father and Jesus Christ by what the Word says about them. God is everything the Word says He is.

My feelings and emotions are strong but subject to change. God’s Word is absolute truth and an unchanging reality, because heaven and earth will pass away, but God’s Word will not pass away. Matt 24:35

There is no alternative, believing or drawing back by believing our feelings, where there is no safety or strength for the Christian, but to be strong in faith; this is the way to pleasing God.

For ye have need of patience, that, having done the will of God, ye may receive the promise. Heb 10:36

God’s Word is real truth and above any feeling, experience, circumstance I will ever have in my life.

The righteous man will in the midst of trouble, and while the vision is delayed, put his trust in God, and live in that trust, while having feelings of hopelessness, condemnation, no faith, all feelings of condemnation from oppressors.

Therefore cast not away, never for a moment lose hold of, hold fast firm to the end, your boldness (knowing what God has spoken) – ye have need of patience Heb 10:35

Be imitators of them who through faith and perseverance (longsuffering) inherited the promise Heb 10:36

The boldness and confidence toward God is one of the strongest roots of the Christian life. Without it there is no strength to persevere.

How many times have we allowed feelings to rule our lives. We are happy one minute and in tears the next. Our emotions can be completely dependent on the different circumstances and chaos we face, and no advice from our loved ones will be listened to, because we accept our feelings as the truth !!!!

How many people can relate to this deception of feelings and emotions.

We do not have to live our lives like this, depending on how we feel or what emotions we are having, we can have victory from these feelings and emotions and have these feeling and emotions submit to the Word, they will change, over time.

Blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed” John 20:29.
We walk by faith, not by sight” 2 Corinthians 5:7.

We can make our feelings submit to the Word of God, and what God says about us, can, through faith, change our feeling and emotions, over time.

For if our heart (spirit and soul, where the feelings, emotions and thoughts live) condemn us, God is greater than our hearts (spirit and soul, where the feelings, emotions and thoughts live) and knows all things. Beloved, if our heart (spirit and soul, where the feelings, emotions and thoughts live) do not condemn us, we then have confidence toward God. John 3:20

The thoughts in our heads seems like our thoughts, but, oftentimes they are inspired by the oppressors, critical to know what the inspiration is !!!
Stomach twisting, fogginess, heavy wet blankets, hopelessness, will be overcome, He has Overcome, we will Overcome, feelings will CHANGE ..
