From the Beginning of our ministry (more than 10 years ago) our goal has been to build, train and develop a team around the would who would be trained to minister freedom to people in order to push back the kingdom of darkness (Depression, Anxiety, Fear, PTSD, Panic Attacks and Suicidal thoughts, all of these oppression’s are growing stronger all over the world.
We want to glorify Jesus by getting people free from these oppression’s and transforming them out of the kingdom of darkness, He is still setting the captives free, come join us….

In this video we are going to take a look at how a Christian can overcome depression by changing how you think, change our underlying beliefs about ourselves.

Christian depression change how you thinkAccording to Aaron Beck, the pioneer of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), depressed patients experience streams of negative thoughts that seemed to arise spontaneously. These thoughts fall into three categories, negative thought about themselves, the world and/or the future.

Back in the 1960’s, Mr. Beck helped patients identify and evaluate these automatic thoughts, and he found that when patients changed their underlying beliefs about themselves, their world and other people, this resulted in long-lasting change. (CBT) has been studied and proven effective in treating depression, and is widely used all over the world to this day.So, if people with depression change their underlying beliefs about themselves, their world and other people, it has been proven to help fight depression. According to Aaron Beck, the pioneer of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), depressed patients experience streams of negative thoughts that seemed to arise spontaneously.

So, if people with depression change their underlying beliefs about themselves, their world and other people, it has been proven to help fight depression.

This is why Christians in particular have distinct advantages in overcoming depression.

The Word of God will, and has, changed many people’s underlying beliefs, over the centuries, and we have seen many people overcome depression, anxiety, panic attacks, and fear,

Having their minds renewed (Romans 12:2) and having their underlying beliefs completely change into positive thoughts about themselves, the world, and people around them, by believing the promises in the Word of God.

Christians can overcome and be totally free from depression, bipolar, PTSD, suicidal thoughts, anxiety, panic attacks, fear, and other oppression’s, by trusting the Word of God.

These disorders have a spiritual base and if we can correct the spiritual problems, which we can, but only from the Word of God (the world can help us cope with these oppression’s, but only Jesus Christ can set us free), the truth will set us free, and who the Son sets free is free indeed.

The center and seat of the spiritual life, “the soul or mind and spirit , as it is the fountain and seat of the thoughts, emotions, passions, desires, appetites, affections, purposes, endeavors, belief system, conscience, perceptions and responses, and attitudes of the heart — the inner man of the heart.

1 Pet 3:4 But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible

Proverbs 23:7 For as he thinks within himself, so he is.

Romans 10:9 …confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, …believe in thine heart…For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness.

Mark 11:23 That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart.

Cor 4:16 For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.
